Extremely tough and conscious of environmental aspects

Complying with class of protection IP54, the IT-600 can withstand environmental influences such as dirt and sprayed water and being dropped from a height of up to 1.20 metres extremely well - and it can even work within a temperature range from -10°C to +50°C. In addition, it fulfils the new EU-RoHS directive (Restriction of certain Hazardous Substances). Substances harmful to the environment such as lead, mercury or cadmium were not used in manufacturing the terminal.

Pioneering but with high performance

As a consequence of its ability to process relevant activities quickly, simply and efficiently, the IT-600 offers a very large bandwidth of possible applications. A high performance barcode reader is integrated in the terminal for practical data collection. These data can be transferred by wireless methods, e.g. Bluetooth™ - for example to a mobile label printer. In this way you can print warehouse labels in situ or re-label goods very simply.

Powerful and energy-saving

The extremely effective lithium ion battery and the excellent power management of the IT-600 provide the extraordinarily long operating period of up to 20 hours. Furthermore, the Autorecovery-Tool enables all the data and programs to be restored – directly from the memory of the mobile terminal, which is independent of the battery. The Mini-SD-card slot offers additional memory options.

Top technology

The IT-600 runs on the current operating system Windows CE .NET 5.0 (English version) and is equipped with Bluetooth™ technology version 1.2. Moreover, an extremely powerful laser scanner is also tucked away in this data terminal. This excels itself particularly in mobile use – thanks to its ability to be configured individually, its laser beam width control function and vibrating scan confirmation.

3.7 inch VGA-TFT color display

The large 3.7 inch VGA-TFT color display of the IT-600 provides an extremely crisp image with high contrast because of its 480 x 640 Pixels. Particularly complex graphic and web-based applications can be displayed on it brilliantly. The transflective display can be read easily in all lighting conditions, in addition, the excellent background lighting and the touch panel ensure maximum convenience.

Models with Megapixels

In the "M30C" and "M30CR" model versions, a high resolution 1.0-Megapixel camera permits the documentation of current merchandising campaigns. With the aid of freely available, optional software components, which are based on digital technology from CASIO, you can also process and transmit your images directly.

Wireless LAN

The "M30R" and "M30CR" model versions of the industrial data terminal IT-600 extend the large bandwidth of communications possibilities with a built-in Wireless-LAN module. This module enables reliable high speed communication to take place in real time – complying with the standard 802.11b (11Mbit) or 802.11g (54Mbit).
