Cardinal Mobile's team of customer support specialists are dedicated to providing you the type of service and support your have every right to expect!  As an authorized service center for Epson and Casio handhelds, our hardware repair specialists take pride in providing quick and reliable service on your handheld units.

Handheld Repairs Procedure:

(1)  Call Cardinal's Toll Free Customer Support Hotline - (888) 634-7181 and obtain an RMA #.

(2)  Download and complete the below Repair Checklist Form (one for each Handheld) and follow the instructions on the form.

Clients with Maintenance Agreements

Cardinal provides a ten (10) day in-house turn around time upon receipt at a Service Center during normal business hours.  Service center hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., (Central Standard Time) excluding holidays.  Shipping charges to the designated Service Center will be borne by the Client, and return shipment will be paid by Cardinal.  Return shipment will be in the same manner in which it was received.  If the need should arise to expedite the service, a call should be placed to the Client Support Representative.  The cost for the expedited service shall be borne by the Client.
